Announcing an archery training seminar in College Station, to be based on Kisik Lee's BEST methodology, conducted by a number of US Archery High Performance Coaches. October 27-28th, 2006 (Friday 7pm - 10pm, and Saturday 9am - 4pm)
DEADLINE FOR SIGNING UP FOR SEMINAR IS SUNDAY, OCTOBER 22ND. Use email for Frank Thomas to sign up, mail checks as indicated below. Coliseum and the Read Building, is tailored for the archery coach and Cost is $75 per attendee - coaches are encouraged to bring their student(s), and students to bring their coaches. Expect a synergistic effect for both if you do. When you leave this event you will have a firm grasp of the BEST method essentials.
There are rooms reserved at the Manor House hotel (hint: use google) For $59 a night for Friday and Saturday
Curriculum Contents:
Friday - seminar on the Best method, the shot cycle, and stretch band work
Saturday - continue stretch band work, adding rigid strap work and light bow work All equipment will be provided - Do NOT bring your own bow!
The ratio of coaches to students will be very good: High Performance Coaches conducting course: Frank Thomas, Bill Coady, Lorinda Cohen, Staten Holmes, Tom Barker, Gary Adair, Jim Krueger and Ron Carmichael

PREPARATION HOMEWORK REQUIRED:
All attendees should go to Kisik Lee's website at:
http://ksl.thearcher.com/Technique/KSLShotCycle/KSLShotCycle.html
and review the shot cycle, step by step.
Make notes, and prepare at least three questions based on what you see.
You should also pick which 3 steps are the most critical, and write
out why. These will be handed in at the beginning of the class and
used as part of the course so do put in a good effort on this homework.
